• As a working student business resilience you support the analysis of market dynamics and their impacts on the WEPA value chain in collaboration with multiple departments, e.g. Energy, Procurement, IT & Digital, Public Affairs and Strategy.
• With your project management expertise, you support strategic business resilience projects and contribute to the company's overall strategy program in close collaboration with the Group's Treasury and Financial Controlling teams.
• As well, you support the documentation and visualization of functional standards during the technical development phase of Power BI reports and guide the application of those standards into training content
• You support in several projects to further develop Group Business Resilience Management.


• Qualifications: Active Bachelor or Master studies, preferably in a related field (e.g. in business administration, technology, computer sciences, engineering or equivalent) and ideally with a focus on finance, business resilience, strategy, change management or project management.
• Experience & Know-how: First professional experience in the field of business resilience or business related functions (e.g. strategy, IT, Finance, Treasury, project management) will be an asset, e.g. through an internship or extracurricular activities; ability to think on one's own feet; ideally international experience, e.g. a semester abroad.
• Personality: Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, motivation, open mindedness and willingness to learn, pro-active self-starter mentality, sharing our corporate values of respect, commitment and sustainability.
• Working: Self-responsible, driven and structured approach to fulfilling tasks and projects; ability to work autonomously as well as in a team; solution-oriented mindset, transparent and open communication.
• Languages: Very good skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills.
• Other: Good MS Office skills – primarily Excel and PowerPoint, first experiences with PowerBI are beneficial.
