• Support one of the most important strategic marketing initiatives of Carl Zeiss Meditec


• Support to manage timelines, scope and progress of multiple parallel projects


• Align with diverse stakeholders with different professional backgrounds all over the world


• Prepare presentations and meetings for upper management


• Closely cooperate with internal cross-cultural project teams as well as with external agencies - Assist in creating comprehensive marketing and sales materials




• Currently studying economics or business with a focus on marketing and/or sales, alternatively also engineering within a business context


• Interested in project management and project-oriented work


• Passion about and experience in navigating in intercultural environments, preferably in a business context


• Strong communicator and a solution-oriented team player


• Knowledge on using MS-Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel


• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written); German and/or other languages are a plus


• Willing to work approx. 20 hours per week
