Working Student (m/w/d) Global HR Strategy & Transformation in Hamburg gesucht!

In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2,600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment handle terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.


• You will assist our team in the planning, management, and execution of both local and global HR transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance HR products and processes.
• You will engage in the creation of analyses and the formulation of solutions for project-related inquiries and challenges.
• As an integral member of the People Strategy PMO, you will facilitate the organization and execution of collaborative formats and workshops, as well as the generation of reports and communication materials.
• Your responsibilities will also include the upkeep and advancement of SharePoint pages dedicated to our global HR products, alongside support in stakeholder management and the coordination of meetings.
• While our team will provide constant support for all your tasks, you will also have the opportunity to independently work on your assignments.


• You are in the process of completing a full-time degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a similar field and have achieved commendable results.
• Ideally, you have acquired some practical experience in human resources and/or project management, for example, through internships or positions as a working student.
• You are enthusiastic about learning; you approach new subjects with enjoyment and energy and enjoy developing them further.
• You also appreciate the opportunity to grow alongside the team through challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Having prior experience with SharePoint is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• In your approach to work, you are diligent and have a strong orientation towards teamwork.
• Additionally, you possess good communication skills in English (both spoken and written) and, preferably, in German as well.
