Meet the team behind this journey

We are looking for you to support the Office Management Team with many topics. You will work independently and as part of our team. Initiative, a healthy hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills are necessary to manage your tasks.



Please note this position will require you to be present in our Cologne office on a regular basis.


• Onboarding our new DeeopLe, you will help the Office Onboarding Team with their tasks like
• creating accounts with our third-party providers
• sending out hardware and onboarding packages
• communications with new employees
• troubleshooting


• Working on Jira tickets, emails and solving issues like
• purchasing hardware and office supplies for employees all around the world
• administrative registration of employees with third-party providers
• support employees with information about processes and standards
• manage pick-ups and mailings of hardware.


• Knowledge management, with the help of the Office Team you will
• create, review and revise of our internal knowledge management
• create, review and revise the internal process documentation




• You enjoy working on administrative tasks and are eager to learn.
• Some experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative roles is a plus, but no a must.
• You are open, friendly and enjoy communicating digitally and in person.
• You like to work in a team and don't lose your positivity and good mood, even on a hectic day.
• You feel comfortable with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), experience with Confluence, Jira and Slack is desirable.
• We are looking for someone to support the team in the Cologne Office on site.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, and good German skills, both written and spoken
