Responsible for the development and performance of sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe for T & T Group.

Your Challenge
- Develop and implement a business plan, to include sales, marketing and business development, for the European market that ensures attainment of company sales and profit goals.
- Identify and develop business relationships with high level contacts at key importers, distributors and suppliers throughout Europe to support development and implementation of the business plan.
- Achieve the Sales Revenue targets set on a Quarterly and Yearly basis and follow a disciplined sales execution process...
- Develop and manage pro-actively and systematically effective business relationships with key accounts..
- Develop and implement a communication protocol to ensure a comprehensive and timely flow of information for the market and performance
- Undertake other related responsibilities that might be assigned by the management

Your Expertise
- 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in B2B International sales
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent and proficient in German required; fluent in English desired
- Aggressive self-starter with a high degree of independence
- Highly motivated, results driven and strong in coordination
- Positive mindset, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time within Europe and occasional international travels for meetings.
